2021 Oncology Pharmacy Practice Literature Award

The HOPA Oncology Pharmacy Practice Literature Award recognizes an article, other than scientific research, that contributes to the betterment of the hematology/oncology pharmacy profession and describes innovations in community, hospital, or healthcare system hematology/oncology pharmacy practices.

Grant Lee earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy in 2018.  He went on to complete his PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH.  He then completed a PGY2 in oncology at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA.  Grant currently practices as an inpatient and outpatient clinical hematology/oncology pharmacist within the ChristianaCare Health System with a strong passion for improving patient-centered care through practice initiatives.  In his spare time, Grant enjoys playing the guitar, snowboarding, and swimming.
