Medscape is an organization that provides the latest medical news, expert insights, drug and disease information, and relevant education for physicians and healthcare professionals around the world. HOPA has partnered with Medscape to deliver Pharmacists Focus on Oncology, interactive educational activities for those who specialize in hematology/oncology pharmacy, as well as for pharmacists who practice in a broader setting. The National Comprehensive Cancer Network® (NCCN®) is a not-for-profit alliance of 28 leading cancer centers devoted to patient care, research, and education. NCCN provides resources and opportunities that offer valuable information on high-quality cancer care for clinicians, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals around the world. HOPA has partnered with NCCN to deliver live webinars on a monthly basis from January – December 2020. Participants can earn ACPE credit, and BCOP credit for an additional charge. Established in 2007 in Portland, Oregon, Horizon CME is a certified medical education company with a primary focus in oncology. The company’s flagship program, Advanced Practice Providers (APP) Oncology Summit, is designed and delivered by and for local advanced practice providers including pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinical nurse specialists with the goal of improving patient care.
