Kellie Jones Weddle is Clinical Professor of Pharmacy Practice, at the Purdue University College of Pharmacy. She received her B.S. (Pharmacy) and PharmD from the University of Kentucky. Dr. Weddle also completed Pharmacy Practice and Oncology Specialty residencies at the University of Kentucky. She is a board certified oncology pharmacist. She has worked as an Oncology Clinical Specialist at The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. During her time there, her primary focus was in breast and gynecologic malignancies. In September, 2007, Dr. Weddle joined the faculty at Purdue University. Her clinical practice site is at Indiana University Simon Cancer Center working with the inpatient medical and gynecologic oncology services. Dr. Weddle has been actively involved in HOPA with the research, continuing education, and the health policy committees. She has provided numerous presentations including BCOP recertification sessions. Dr. Weddle has also served as a board member. She is honored to be a part of the inaugural HOPA fellow class.
